Was that why you started the tipping service Scotia?

Ever heard of fixed odds? It dies not reduce the idds when you back them ...
Main reason though is to keep a tipster honest. When he tips he does the work since he does not want to provide a sh*t service.
By having paid subscribers he would put in the extra time not to dissapoint his subscribers IMHO?

No loopy it was to make money and having the ability to play a grand ? Exotics rather than R100 giving a bigger chance of a return with more selections
But I still feel generally speaking that tipping services are a con as the form horses do not know that they are supposed to win, not an easy game, which ever way u look at it and tipsters that tell different punters to back different horses in the same race ! Well at least some of the punters are happy for a short while.
So paying for tips a no go, even the stables and jocks are bad tipsters so how does a tipster reading a card have a better chance who has probably never even seen the horse but again only my opinion

The well being of the horse being tipped is the big question mark for me regarding having to pay for tips ,he can have the best form but if he has not eaten up the day of the race .... no tipster can take this into account so i follow my own selections and take note of ABC postings and hear say(tu)

If I had to pay the subs for the month, I wouldn't have funds to take a bet with my info obtained
Having said that I do believe that a tipster has a place in our society...
I have had some contact with Loopy and he is very informative on how to read some stuff on the card... and he was not hesitant to drop his knowledge onto me - and through that I respect the man
However I do not take as many bets as I would like due to the limited budget I have for gambling...
