the bookies certainly dont agree with the top 20 list...wagner at 350 to 1 says it all abt his chances but he is 9th on the list...

@ Pirates:
Wagner is one of only 4 horses (Love Struck, Pomodoro and Heavy Metal being the others) on the list that have won a R2m race or more and should in fact be 4th on the list lets not forget he is a Grade 1 winner so why you look to point him out is a mystery to me :S, considering Hill 54 who is 2nd on the list is not a Grade 1 winner and Shogunnar who is still a maiden winner is 7th on the list (2nd to Wagner in the Summer Cup).....
@ Sly
How can the winner of the Summer Cup not qualify for the July irrespective of his owners, the fact of the matter if we had this discussion before the Summer Cup you guys would all be slinging as you are now ,... his 2 subsequent starts have no doubt been prepping for the July...there are a few horses on the list that are questionable having not won anything near a Grade 1 but Wagner is there on merits and has nothing to do with his owners/connections...

cant believe that the betting is being looked at as a pointer to Wagner's chances considering that in the Summer Cup he was priced up at 66/1 (started 16/1), they got it wrong that day and IMO they have got it wrong again...
