The nats stole plenty and maybe concealed it better, but that is yesterday's news that we all know about and has no relevance today. If someone does something wrong today please tell me what does it have to with last week, nevermind 20 + years ago, Horatio please move on from the apartheid excuses, this clueless govn are a lawless, immoral, inefficient, frivolous disgrace. And the biggest disgrace is how they treat the very communities they grew up in.

!00% - Sick to the core that amenities that I had as a kid - Public Pools, Parks, Libraries, Hospitals, text books etc are now closed or rundown and the youth of today cannot use them - Anyone in the JHB area take a drive to Rhodes park and see what's left of it and then drive 2 kms up the Road to Malvern and you'll see an area that is 90% black and wonder why this has happened and why those kids don't have what I had.

The local cops and CID did a fantastic job in catching the chap ,yesterday .,and recovering all the stolen goods .
He is , a local thats unemployed and that is where most of the trouble starts .
If ONLY the government and trade unions can get this into their heads that we need to create jobs .

Did the robber have a gun? Hope he gets his just desserts!!

A would be trio of robbers were stopped in their tracks in the process of a robbery when police responded to a call from the owner and the one chap in his desperation to flee jumped down a sheer cliff and managed to cling on to something, however not for long.

When the police divers recovered the body from the river, a TOY GUN was found in the pocket. However the intention was there to commit a robbery so expect no sympathy.

I think the bottom line is that most south African tax payers have little objection to a reasonable expense for thier presidents when it comes to private accomodation , during their tenure as president , however when they are no longer president thier private accomodation becomes less important . So if Nkandla was a state entity for all future presidents ( like Camp David for example ) without the cows and other unnessecary add ons then although excessive there would be many years for the return on investment and possibly make it more palatable.
having said that ,the utter contempt that he has for his own nation is however disgraceful to say the least as per the pictures posted in the beginning .

Impact on production
Before 2000 land-owning farmers had large tracts of land and utilised economies of scale to raise capital, borrow money when necessary, and purchase modern mechanised farm equipment to increase productivity on their land. As the primary beneficiaries of the land reform were members of the Government and their families, despite the fact that most had no experience in running a farm, the drop in total farm output has been tremendous and has even produced starvation and famine, according to aid agencies.[30] Mostly crops for export have suffered severely, e.g. Zimbabwe was the world's 6th largest producers of Tobacco in 2001.It produces nowadays less than 1/3 of the amount produced in 2000,the lowest amount in 50 years.Zimbabwe was once so rich in agricultural produce that it was dubbed the "bread basket" of Southern Africa, while it is now struggling to feed its own population.About 45 percent of the population is now considered malnourished.

Mugabe has farked up that country,I'm afraid.
