looking forward to some really nice racing today.

race 1
Lance was scratched at the start on debut so don't know how good this horse really is?......good breeding and top jockey should see him run well!....the other first timer who is at 7/2 in the betting , Tee jay ar , must be watched ...I personally am going to stick with Platinum jet as I think the debut run was more than good and any amount of improvement will be forthcoming!!!....very well bred and should have a bright future....not a race too get involved though as there are many first timers who could surprise

race 2
even if they put Richard hughes on Jumpstart , I will not back it, as this horse does everything else but win!!!()....great place chance though...... True Lonhro and Bernadine made fantastic debuts and it could go either way...I backed True Lonhro on debut so will stick with her...a very interesting runner who must go into everything though is Cristal arrow...still learning but has a big heart when the chips are down...would not be a surprise winner as she is improving nicely!

race 3
now things start to get a bit tricky
Dolomiti looks like a progressive sort and will go close. Arcetri Pink beat the highly regarded for the lads twice easily and must put in a huge effort today. if garibondi and my sanctuary handle the altitude factor then they could be running on nicely at the finish. Virgos babe was progressing well and then just went of the boil a bit...watch with hatt on board...solid place chance....the three highest merit rated horses in the race nos. 1,2.and 3 also warrant serious consideration and cannot be left out of the equation...what a way to start the PA8-)

race 4
Copper parade is very quick and can complete the treble here but has some younger stars to deal with !..deliver the power is coming back after a year layoff and could be anything...watch!!...desert sheik beat Kingston boy early in his career but Kingston boy is improving nicely...top chance again....just the altitude change worries me!!....same with kings bay...others with winning chances are Snowdon, jackodore Miss October and Here comes billy...shew!!...not for the faint hearted

race 5
big talk about for the lads always but talk is cheap when horses don't produce!!...I will be cautious with this one today....Athina has scope to improve and could be ready to win anytime again now....Admirals eye made a decent effort in a big feature last time and if Marcus can get a good early position , will trouble the judge at the business end of affairs....Close the gap looks like a nice sort and could go on to bigger things in the future...top chance again...Sarasota looks average to me but should be running on....Casual ran a good post maiden but another who looks average....sprinting queen looks to have more improvement to come...watch!!

Patriotic rebel is more than ready for his 3rd career win and will give jet fever something to think about ...salutation , peregrine and sky rise must be considered!!!
