where's your bipot Len? Mine is looking too large to show a profit

Some quick thoughts from me:

R1: I think Platunum Jet made an excellent debut and the first timers would have to be very good to beat him

R2: True Lonhro made and encouraging debut and should be the right one with normal improvement - Cristal Arrow good place value

R3: Not easy - lots with chances; for a place interest you can't get hurt on Fanzene, who does not look too badly in - Dolomiti should also not miss the places imo

R4: Desert Sheik has a lot going for him imo - best of the KZN lot for me is Showmetheway - Here Comes Billy not out of it and Deliver the Power if coming back to his best would make them all run - Welwitchia according to young Mr de Kock this morning on USO will 'need the run'

R5: Admiral's Eye sure to stay and should in fact prefer further - but there is a headwind, so is my first choice - not much between AE, For the Lads and Athina - best outsider imo Sprinting Queen who I think will run in front of Sarasota today - Close the Gap has a lot to do at these weights imo

R6: If Willow Magic stays he will win - if not it becomes a bit open imo - Umgiyo, Heart of a Lion, Whistle Stop, Bouclette Top and Judicial next best and any of these could benefit if Willow Magic gets tired the final 100

R8: Espumanti just gets the 1600, so if there is a hot pace and the headwind prevails, not impossible that Do You Remember can run her out of it - absolute two horse race though

R9: I make it a toss up between Storm Warning (if his breathing problem can be sorted out) and Sky Rise; Patriotic Rebel my 3rd choice with that big weight - Jet Fever has a tough task at the weights imo

R10: Tough race - imo only Captain's Wild (surely too short) can be given no chance

R11: River Trip got no penalty for his very good second last time, and a repeat of that run will see him winning this; Tiger Territory the only possible danger, but has to give RT 4.5 kg's which won't be easy imo

R12: Supertube put up a fair debut behind Rake's Chestnut and could win this from a widish draw - Rushmore River and Leeuloop Jet the dangers imo
