I agree - would have been a different story if Faf had still been there at the end - but a combination of a stupid run and good fielding put an end to that :(

If people still think that cricket is fair, then this is a perfect example of how corruptt this game really is. I felt sorry for the guys sitting and watching the test for like 4 days straight. Time wasted.

Well done Steyn and Philander for doing right thing at Wanderers. We have now won series instead of possible draw and the pyjama game experts will at least be shut up temporarily.

One or 2 decisions in this test might make the Indian officials wish they were using DRS!:D

will the proteas go for the win? they only have 39 overs to get 32 runs

Smith has learnt his lesson and has just asked the pyjama army what the Aussies would do.

Why India never took the new ball is the big question. I would have put my house on a draw after day 3. Cricket is very dodgy to bet on. My fingers are still healing from being burnt.

Not taking the new ball was a negative tactic - they were trying to limit our runs rather than taking wickets (new ball being harder would have resulted in more runs, but perhaps also might have resulted in Kallis's wicket - and that might have changed the game) - I don't see anybody on here lambasting Dhony for being negative - if it were Smith employing those tactics pages and pages would have been written

Congrats to the Proteas on winning the 'series' and staying at number 1 :)-D

I would never bet on cricket...unpredictable without having anything dodgy occurring...the whole reason the syndicates get involved IMO...
