So the rule that states that a horse that is eliminated from a race due to its low merit rating gets a guaranteed run should be abolished????
Give everything but up!

With respect to all, never heard such nonsense in my life. There is no way anyone
could legally tamper with the barrier position draw result, irrespective of how many times
a particular horse is drawn badly, because that would unfairly impact on another runner in the race.
Tough shit if a particular horse keeps getting bad draws, as rough as it is, that is part and
parcel of racing.

Titch we are arguing the Draw rule, we all aware of the rule of a horse getting into a race if not making it after 1st 2 nominations.

Runners that are eliminated from races for low merit ratings (being "under sufferance" ) are not ever guaranteed a run.....they are always the first eliminated.

Sham, I have always been passionate about horse racing and always dreamed of 1 day becoming a owner myself, but after reading nonsense like this I think its safer to keep my investment in something that I can have control of. Everyday there more and more information coming out about how corrupt this game really is.
