Kevin Pietersen

KPs international career is over.
It emerges that he's behaviour in Australia was terrible to say the least.He and Alistair Cooke had to be dragged apart after KP insulted the England captain.
Shame they never showed that much fight on the pitch.
Undeniably talented,but has England ever had a more arrogant and selfish player?
Surely they should have kicked him out after texting he's fellow countryman prior to playing South Africa..

And guys,is there any over up and coming players over there that we can have..

Sometimes, to move forward, you have to cut loose your best person (not saying he was the best, but certainly a key player) if it's disruptive to the team.

Fergie did it a few times at Man U.

Don't know much about him personally, but apparently he caused trouble wherever he went.

If one looks in the dictionary under arrogant, one would see a picture of Cantona. Fergie still kept him, and in fact tried to talk him out of leaving.

Disruptive, on the other hand, is a different issue.

Again, not saying that KP is/was guilty.

A good mate of mine (ex Springbok) and still in touch with a lot of cricket goings on, has continually told me that KP is, and always was, a complete C#@!.
I used to tease him that it was only cos he had "changed sides" but everything I read about the chap matches what I have been told!

I'm not a KP fan, so in my view, he got what he deserves
