I agree with this.If you take the soccer 13 it closes about an hour before it starts.

love to see if there were winning bets on other horses taken by the same punter in the same races at the inflated prices

I posted on the other thread my confusion about this,but from what i see,i think i know whats going on .The internationals money (not a single punter) is only reflected in our pools on the jump and not before(whatever the reason may be) which is causing mayhem on our dividends and leaving our sa punters scratching their heads.Technology has to be re-visited in order for our pools including international money be reflected immediately not delayed as which is the case now.

the international punter had 1 winner in the 4th race....horse shortened by 27percent at the death

That is why I Pulse's explanation seem to make sense.

As long as the money is in the Bank (Pools) then IMO these fools can carry on rewardless. Just gives us spending Rands more value as long as one does not pick THEIR Horses.
