to me is fraud if the big money come in after the race is close. other people give the simple solution let the race close for the idiot oversees 5 minute before the jump. imagine how much more money is go on when a 3/1 shot shot 15 rand with 4 minute to go. to me is no reason why these is tolerate

You hit the nail on the head, TH, which is why I give local racing a miss, with the exception of Scottsville. The Win pools are too thin to get a read. My punting day consists of Aussie racing in the morning, French racing in the afternoon, and U.S. racing in the evening.
Don't ask me to explain Scottsville, I can't, because the pools are not any bigger than the other weekend venues, but for some reason it just works.
