1. Liverpool 34 24 5 5 93:42 77

2. Chelsea 34 23 6 5 66:24 75

3. Manchester City 33 22 5 6 88:34 71

Liverpool's to lose after Man City draw tonight...can afford to draw against Chelsea and will still win league...

Congratulations to the Liverpool supporters out there...

Congratulations,ALREADY

Chelsea have taken 6 points off Man City,4 points off Arsenal and have taken 3 points of Liverpool with that game remaining.
They know how to get a result, don't be to sure about Liverpool.I think they have one hard game at Crystal Palace as well.

On these figures does it all hinge on the Liverpool-Chelsea game? If Chelsea win that game they will probably win the league.

I don't see any Proteas in their team selection so I think Liverpool will be good enough to avoid the big "C" >:D<

No game is a guarantee, just look at last night. L'**** have an advantage with momentum, luck and probably something of a no-fear attitude but they are far from being a great team imo. Would be no mammoth surprise to see Norwich beat them this weekend etc. I couldn't see Sunderland getting anything last night but they almost won it...

As a Brit, I'd just like to say something which has become increasingly annoying over the last couple of years... It is a sad reflection on both the BBC and the Premiership that the BBC Sport's website lead story this morning does not concern the potentially critical Premiership results last night but instead it is the Copa del Rey that makes the headline story. What the fark is that all about, is the Premiership now so poor that they have to lead with Spanish football???.

Englander it's a cup final with two of the biggest sides in Europe
There wasn't any cup finals in England
midweek
Just premiership games
Why wouldn't they lead with the copa final?

Er... KR... BBC.... British Broadcasting Company... says it all. I have a passing interest in the C del R but if I hadn't had a bet it would be no more than that. And "just Premiership games"?? ::o As a L'**** supporter perhaps you have become more used to Cup Finals being the big game? I know back in the 70s and to an extent the 80s that was true of me too but then the FA Cup Final back then really was a big competition and United were never seriously title contenders. For me, now, cup finals are nice to win but for it is really all about the Premiership and CL so, how a foreign cup match takes top billing when there were two crucial Premiership games is totally beyond me.
