Tried a number of times to do jottings but not got the enthusiasm or energy for it after last week's marathon scrawl. Somehow drummed up sufficient to do the first three races before the prices went up, thought they were all quite tricky so was dismayed to see my first selection in all 3 come up as favourite, if not fav then right up there, and that was the final nail in the enthusiasm coffin! lol Not a lot of value at all imo in those races as they were all somewhat tentative choices.
I would be looking for value on the card, looks tough to me and I will not be at all surprised if a number of roughies come in, small stakes n prayers might be the best way forward
Will look forward to clanner pointers and post a few idiots late tomorrow morning.

Not really a pointer, but the 5th race looks a cracker between the likes of Uncle Tommy, Shadow Line, Taptap and even River Trip - then there's Pylon (better over further imo) and Formation (possibly past her best ?)
The 6th looks tough as well, but Duty Dance looks fair value imo - Alareef the danger, but he has gone up quite a bit in MR.
The 7th looks an absolute nightmare, but in the last both Imperial Empress and Orlando Magic look fair value at 11/1

If weights and lengths behind etc are anything to gone on in race 5 take your pick between pylon, tap tap, tommy, formation etc. think silent force defied the odds weights and length's behind theories that we work so hard at.
First race I fancy Mayan destiny to finally get it right. Drawn in pole and although held on the run to lady Casey il draw a line through that run as that was a freak performance imagine riding for 2nd 20 lengths behind the winner. I think the quality of opposition Mayan destiny has faced compared to the likes of runaway, lucky bid for instance and then he was only a length behind lady Casey on that run. Those two horses in my opinion are better then the likes of the it girl ninivah, slick deputy etc. I know you are going to say BUT Merlin's gem came out of that form line and trounced Mayan last week? That is just my opinion, my punter insight. I for one will definitely be taking the 8's for Mayan over say for example the favorite who hasn't appeared on the sand before. On the sand u either seem to sink or swim, my money will rather go on a proven swimmer even if he's no star.
Selection: 4/2/5/7
Race 2 I make Shirla the won to beat, even though we've made her the one to beat before and she always seems to find someone better to beat her. I make noble wind the biggest danger as she runs on quite nicely where Shirla needs to win from the front, so il be hoping Shirla can just hold on. A lot of money for the Azzie horse. Two runs, impressive debut on turf albeit not against a star. I'm not saying this horse can't win, all I'm saying is I won't be putting my money down to see if the horse is fit or not though.
Selection: 3/4/1??/10??
Race 3
Seems a bit of a nightmare start for pick 6 punters. Almost a field race if u look past the not so strong favorites. If the Azzie horse in the second comes back fit then potentially die Kat could be the right one but if anyone knows what I love, I love finding the shrudey in the race and I think I may just have. Possibly some place value about her. #5 Jewel of the stage, currently at 16/1 but il be waiting because I am almost certain it will drift, money for azzies horse, Khumalo's ride etc its bound to drift. Il be having a small each way bet with a big place bet once the price becomes right. It had a very impressive run to skyfall where beaten by just over 2 lengths, I know has let side down since but we all play this game because we enjoy taking calculated guess's/risks. So I hope I'm right today.
The rest of the card seems to be a bit of a nightmare. I fancy one or two others, however am not totally confident though.
For interest sakes I think good each way value about Hang Fire today.
Samogan may be better than her debut win and 7/1 not bad each way value.
Then in the last two slight outsiders in the form of Orlando and Seattle fairly (LONG over due)
All the best chaps.

My form has been really kak of late so took a small break but looking to run well fresh
Race 1: I think Sendintheclowns is rightfully the favourite and should win. Drop in trip should suit.
Race 3: Die Kat has been costly to follow for me so brassing it today. Therefore u guys can pile on as it will probably win by 5 lenghts. I think Dragon Fay is worth a look at. Had some decent form initially then went off and hopefully the rest has done the trick.
Good luck all

Die Kat should be ready after his long break. Danielson get all the ready Azzie rides.
I like a bit of Start Your Engines in race 4 and Siamese Fighter as well.
Uncle Tommy surprise me every time and I make him the horse to beat.
Hang Fire should get it right today. Keep an eye on Duty Dance
Lavender Landscape, Wishfull Heart, Velddrifter and Samogan should fight this one out.
Orlando Magic and Seattle Fairy my first choices.
Race 2: Run the Arrow should win this
Race 1: Runaway time - my fancy
