Maybe a way around the members that want to post under their alias's . Those that want to for personal, religious, ethical, business, professional etc, etc reasons. Let them carry on doing so. This way they will still not be picked up by " google" if employees are doing searches under their real names.
BUT
There MUST be a look up system on ABC that can identify who the alias actually is. Maybe a bit late for you now!?, but thought it may be a compromise..
. This could possibly be done by clicking/double clicking on the alias itself...
P.S.
If any of your website designers want to contact me they are free to do so.

That's probably the way we could go, that option actually exists on the new software
