OLMA looks like it's going to start as favourite, thank goodness there isn't an appie on it, it's Marcus, one of my favourite jockeys. Can my system even curse Marcus on a favourite, time will tell. 14 minutes to go, and the price is drifting, is there something wrong or will I be getting more value? The suspense is killing me! C'mon Marcus, break this farking losing streak!


5 minutes to the off and the price has steadied... A good sign, maybe. Already over R59 000 bet on it on Interbet. Somebody out there likes it...

I put my R20 on at R2.65 and park in front of the telly and hope for the best...

10 minutes to the off for KINGOFMOUNTAIN, it's currently tote favourite, but second favourite on Interbet. It need to be favourite on Interbet to get a bet from me.

5 minutes to off time it's drifted out to third favourite on Interbet. Only R1262 bet on it. I won't bet this one. Strangely it's still tote favourite...

QUICK GLANCE is still the favourite with 14 minutes to run. The price has drifted from 2/1 to 5/2. Hopefully this is not a bad sign. JAGUAR is currently the tote favourite, so maybe QUICK GLANCE will not jump as the Interbet favourite in which case I will not bet it. Time to watch the betting like a hawk.

QUICK GLANCE is still the Interbet favourite and only R410 has been bet on it with 6 minutes to the off... Jaguar still the tote favourite. It looks like I may have to bet my selection if it remains the Interbet favourite...

Ran third, fark! I'm starting to hate sand racing. The system has still not picked a winner on the sand or a selection ridden by an appie, my two pet peeves at the moment...
