I have had similar problems with other sites too and it has ZERO to do with the bookie not wanting to take my bets as many have lost - More to do with software than with conspiracy theories

Agra - please login and log out when experiencing issues with PayFast. You seem to report the same problem with Standard Bank often, but when we look into it, all is working. It might just need a basic refresh or login/out to rectify.
Dev I have tried doing a deposit in the last 5 minutes, and the message reads "TRANSFERS FROM STANDARD BANK IS DISABLED AT THE MOMENT".
I have logged in and logged out a few times already.
As an experiment, if I choose another bank like Nedbank of FNB no such message comes up. However please note that if I choose ABSA , it gives me the same message like the Standard Bank one.
Please try it for yourself.

It has been done up to the point where the money has been paid into payfast and then I get this message.
"We experienced an error connecting to Standard Bank. We are aware of the problem and will attend to it ASAP. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi Agra - I have forwarded this onto our Deposit Supervisors and asked them to investigate immediately. They will be contacting you shortly.
In the mean time I have cleared the R1000 to your account until they sort it out (I will have to reverse it once it has been cleared by my team). Therefore you can now bet while we attend to the issue.
They are working on it now, and will let you know once sorted.

It seems that it has been cleared. An amount of R1000 was in my wallet.
My account now shows a total deposit of R2000.00.
You can reverse R1000.00
