Anyone else experiencing problems taking bets ?

on my side i keep getting the message price change ... but cannot lay the bet

The whole day, when you call you get transferred to 10 thousand people and no one helps. Phone a bet in and then retry afterwards, that sorted my problem out. Very frustrating experience

Yes they a disgrace I just tried putting places on Final Score and every time it says price change..bullshit!! this is not the first time this has happened..anything that gets tipped late they block!!

In full agreement with you Oscar,it has happened on more then three occasions and these were all on winners at a price

Not the only bookie site to have a similar problem about "price change"...MWOS also have this problem quite often when taking the price but no such issues with SP...

For me it worked out fine.
I could not deposit funds from Standard Bank, via Payfast.
I would have lost badly if I backed horses on the nose.

The team has just informed me there were issues with our feed going through to the website which is causing problems. They are aware of it and looking into it. Was not aware it had been happening the whole day. Will update as soon as I have feedback.

That's not the only issue there r many more which I have addressed with dev but experience same prob as u guys also the service wen calling in terrible as u always transferred from one to the next also find I always have to call in to update deposits and withdrawals.

Hi Clanners. I have just spoken to my head IT technician, who tells me the issue should be resolved now. It seems we had a feed issue to our website which started occurring shortly after 3.30pm, and race 6 was the first time we were notified of the issue. They have been working on rectifying it, and it seems to be cleared now, and the website is updating. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and we feel the frustration you experienced.

Winning Post - I have PMed you a reply and I will be following up on this. It's not acceptable and we will get to the bottom of it.

Agra - please login and log out when experiencing issues with PayFast. You seem to report the same problem with Standard Bank often, but when we look into it, all is working. It might just need a basic refresh or login/out to rectify.

Colors/Oscar - we do not know what teams/horses/players are going to win, and would not prevent anyone striking a bet on that premise. If you have issues with bets not submitting, please message me or call our helpline and we will look into it immediately. If you do experience the "price change" error and need to get your bet on, please call our call centre (08600 46559).
