How do you suggest we improve our service at our Call Centre?

You seem very strongly about it, so give us some feedback. What are the areas that you find so disconcerting? What would you expect from a call centre to have an enjoyable betting experience?

This kind of feedback is vital to us, so we can improve our service. Ignoring it would be letting our business down.

had a problem also this morning with my eft not showing from St bank but just one email and 3min later problem solved and received two emails from Hollywood checking if all is fine,

not a football enthusiast but like to bet matches now and again.Just find that looking thru all the fixtures etc is a bother.Can the next matches not be in a separate window or is there one already ?

Yes there is an option for this on the website. When you are logged in, click on APPLICATIONS (this is near the top of the screen, just above where the betting normally shows in the middle of the screen.

You will see there are options there to show on the Hollywood website. They will show at the bottom when you are logged in. Click on the tick box that says SPORT TODAY. This will show you all the sports, and all the matches taking place on that day. It is divided into each sport, and the flags will help you distinguish between the games you want to play. The list of markets will come up when you click on the game. Scroll down to the bottom of the website and you will see it all there.

We have also streamlined the SOCCER menu on the event browser, with the TOP 5 leagues being at the top of the menu. We are also working on making sure that the first three markets on the menu is the 90 min, double chance and 10 min betting, as we find these the most popular markets.

Hi All, Arrived home from golf worked out a PA for Kempton tonight and couldn't find on the drop down menu nor jackpot . Has Hollywood stopped these exotic bets on overseas racing ? Would appreciate any info here .

No more UK exotics. Betxchange are offering these bets even UK Bipots and Pick 3s. Even if they dont have it loaded on their system email them or phone in and they will sort it out. Please Dev, make a plan and get them back for us.

Dev, no complaints, just thought I would send a message as I know appreciation means a lot to one self... It's not often people get responses and action so timeous, yet you are always on the ball.. So from my side, and I am sure there is a lot more people out there that feel the Same THANK YOU!!!
