Cant call it" in running".....Rugby bets (except 1) closed 25 minutes before the start.SA/Argentina.

This is what is shown under the in running section.......

Anybody else experiencing 5 minutes waiting time for new pages to be loaded on HW today? This is unbearable just trying to ssee what bets you have pending

Seems normal to me but i think all the bookie sites are slow

They all work much better on the mobile sites

@Colors - Thanks to Paythepublic who informed me about the issue with the PA on Friday at Fairview. It seems that you have to be on the starting leg when selecting the bet on the mobile. So in this case the starting leg was race 3, and if you are on race 2, you won't see the bet option. I will speak to the team to see if we can highlight which race is the starting leg of the exotics to assist customers when striking their exotics.

@Leon - With regards to the website being slow, we have been busy increasing our betting range and this has caused the website to slow down. We are aware of the problem and will be working on the speed issue.

Thanks Dev the idea to highlight the first leg of exotics is a great idea.What I was meaning though with regards to Friday was that on my mobile I went to Race 2 which was the first leg of the PA and it didn't give me an option to take PA.I scrolled down to the 2ND leg Race 3 and the option was available there to take PA..This was done at 12H53....

I have had the team test it now, and everything worked fine regardless of what leg you were on. However I have asked them to try again after the first race to see if it makes a difference. I will forward your explanation on to. Thanks
