I think it`s probably one of the owners wanting to go oversees (just guessing)

Ive just looked at sportingbets July antepost

No Legislate ( probably wont run again )
Futura ( probably going oversees because legislate aint)

So I can only think of Longmore who used to be in the horse who obviously wanted to take the overseas money?

The press release said that due to this "other owner" who has now been bought out and his close ties to the Crawford yard, Freeman and Mitchell decided to move the horse away.....

Damn shame for Brett as he has done a wonderful job managing this fella's career!
