Feel sorry for anyone who put money on Futura, was there to wait in the wings and watch legislate win unless he had gate trouble. Good win by Legislate, still think its a pity two such good horses have the same trainer so we probably will never see them truly fight out a race again.

Very pleased with Legislate. Was worried about not having a run but Snaiths comments just before the race were telling. great performance doing it the hard way from poor draw.

Futura looked like he was having a prep run. loafing at back then running on

I never touched that race. But damn if ever i saw a non tryer in that race it was futura..

A horse that has never missed the top 3 just got beat by Willow Magic and Bezanova think it's a complete joke personally but Snaith needed the insurance if Legislate got scratched at the gates again. Anyway don't think too many people left Legislate out of the P6 but I'd have been pissed if I played the PA because I would've bankered bankered Futura.
