Naresh
I had the same problem. I always used the same web address until I encountered the same issue as yours.
Please do this:
type this address.. web.hollywoodbets.net
You will get in... no problem
Worked like a charm. Thanks.
For a while Naresh....then the same gremlins creep back in.

Hi Clanners
First off I want to apologize for the inconvenience our Hollywood customers have had to endure over the past few weeks. It's been a big process moving across to our new system, and we are at the stage now where we are about to close off the old system. We know there are teething issues, and regardless of how much testing and monitoring one does, there always going to be bugs that creep through. We have really appreciated the feedback we have got from all of you, and we are constantly updating and deploying as soon as we can so we can nip these things in the bud.
Yesterday we got to the stage where we are now redirecting everyone to the new system, and with it came some caching issues where people could not login, or the menus were not operating, or the races were not loading. We recommended to clients to please clear their cache, and refresh their browser, and try accessing and logging into the site from scratch - this cleared up the issue. This should sort out the error issues, and we have had positive feedback so far. We understand it's an inconvenience doing this, but this quick fix will clear everything up.
So if I could ask all clanners who use Hollywood to do the following before visiting the website today:
1) Close your browser and reopen
2) Clear your history and cache
3) You can now visit www.hollywoodbets.net or web.hollywoodbets.net - both will redirect you to the correct platform (this change was implemented yesterday and seemed to have caused the problem)
4) Please login
You can also try CTRL +F5 to refresh and clear your cache, but I recommend the above method.
Please bear with us as we go through this period. The new system brings with it a lot of positive improvements, and opportunity to add new features - things we weren't able to provide before. But the bugs that do creep through will cause an inconvenience, and we will try quash them as quickly as possible.
If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to PM myself, Scott or Lushan. You can also email us on:
devinh@hollywoodbets.net
scotte@hollywoodbets.net
lushandreng@hollywoodbets.net
Thank you
Dev

Dev, i only bet on horses and use both platforms
The new (mobi) site for exotics
The old site for multiples 'cos for the life of me i just can't do it on the mobi-site?
I am sure you've lost some clients due to this because no-one wants to struggle placing bets
ps. Lushan did say i can call and deal direct with him +- 2months ago [which i have not done yet]
It is an unfortunate fact that "improvement" don't always mean progress
