My Hollywood experience
8 years 11 months ago
Tried opening an account today, after much ado I managed to log in and deposit R100 just to test their system. Got to R300 and tried to withdraw and found this cannot be done. Called in, to be told they need a 3 month bank statement and ID to change my banking details. Note that I had just sent in all my fica stuff an hour earlier
More painful than taking out a mortgage bond.
Will go back to WSB, painless experience.

I am very certain that we would not require a 3 month bank statement. We would require a form of bank statement that clearly shows your bank details so that we can verify it before processing the withdrawal. We normally require a copy of ID so that we can verify that it is you requesting the bank details change (and not someone else doing it). In this situation, if you already entered your bank details when you registered, our team would just be verifying the details. I'm sure we can get your ID copy instead of you needing to send it again.
I have PMed you requesting your details so I can get our withdrawals manager to follow up on this, and ascertain what is required. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Hi Dev,
The new mobi site is fantastic.
Do existing users have to also re-submit proof of banking. I noticed the banking details are blank on my profile.

Hi Alterego
I will follow up with my team, but if your banking details were on your profile previously - then you wouldn't need to resubmit them. Our team will pull it across. I will advise. Thank you!

Good morning clanners. Nice to be on this site, being a great thorouhbred racing fan.
New mobi site has a few glitches.
I for one noticed that the correct bet was not reflecting on the bet slip but was too late to cancel.
I know Dev has referred my particular case to developers to investigate.
