When one looks at all pending bets, can't say I like the new format. The old one had a ref. # next to it so u wouldn't click on the same view - time and again.

I also think the entire manner in which to take a single bet is actually time consuming and a process. The older was smoother. Just click click and either place or win. Now it's add to bet slip and and. .

Dev, just a option that might help efficiency with regards to the mobi site.

Lets say for example they are racing at Greyville today, and you want to take a treble in races 5,6,7. You click on betting, then horse racing, then track,then race, then horse, then add to bet slip. Your selection for race 5 has now been loaded. You then have to click on home, betting, horse racing, track, race, selection, add to betslip and over again for your next selection. I think it will be much easier if after your first selection has been selected to just click back, back and next race. Unfotunately you cant do that at present and I am sure it will make things much easier. Well for me it will.

Our customers are the main priority and we want the betting experience to be seamless. We will discuss this in the new week. The website is built the same way as the old system, but the mobisitr has come with some different features - and we need to to look into these navigation concerns. Thank you

Dev, seen as you mentioned you meeting with the developers, here is another thing that will make things a hell of a lot more user friendy..imo..

On the betslip, one should be able to change win/place etc. Right now, if you want to take a couple mixed atc's with the same runners you have to select them for a win, then delete them, then find them again and select them for a place(im sure you get my drift), instead of on the betslip just clicking from win to place.

Another thing.

If u are not racing a specific Centre. Don't put it up. I ain't speedy with your new bet platform if you gonna open up pricing two mins before the off.

I swear this is becoming painful.
