Once again shocking service from Hollywood! Time for me to change my betting site!! Made a deposit an hour ago and emailed POP but still no feedback!

FNB seems to be down. I deposited into HW and BW the same amount. Sent proof of payment to both. Hollywood cleared.
Betting world replied:
"Thank you for validating proof of payment, however please be advised that deposits can only be credited into your betting accounts after the deposit has been validated and verified on the Betting World FNB bank statement .
Due to FNB bank currently been offline, we are unable to credit your account without validating and verified your deposit on the Betting World FNB bank statement. Once FNB bank restores their services we will validate and verified your deposit, which will allow us to credit your betting account and we will provided feedback to you thereafter.
We do empathise and apologise for any inconvenience caused."
Betting world replied:

Not a "critical" post of anyone but I just don't get all this bother over Hollywood. I have noticed when HW price up before bettingworld (and maybe other days too but I don't look), HW's prices are absolutely shocking. For example, in the first two races at Bingo today, they have only one horse at bigger odds than Betxchange, some of the outsiders are up to half the value. Why back with them??? As Bob always says, get accounts with a few and take the best service/odds available. I reckon there is a little bit of taking the p1ss out of punters going on simply because HW are one of the "biggest" and punters use them without looking too hard at what else is on offer... time to shop about guys.
PS Sorry guys, my bad, HW currently have NO horses in Bingo's first two races at bigger odds than those on offer at Betxchange.

Also note to punters that Betxchange offers Best Odds guaranteed upto R3000 per bet.
Also offered, if your bet run second to an odds on favorite in a 10 runner field you shall get a refund on your bet my emailing them as well.

Well I just signed up to Hollywood and before I even submit my fica documents i'm already unimpressed as after i fill in all my info and sign up, it says click on link from your email and guess what, im still waiting for them to send the email... maybe they don't want anymore sign ups lol... I guess i'll choose another bookie

I have only seen this thread now, but I have also sent you a PM. As soon we can get some details we can look at your account. We will still need your FICA documents - copy of ID and Proof of Residence before we can activate your account.
