I'm sure they have their reasons before people start at them.
Cant see him doing as well or better with new trainer though. Not many able to improve on Woodruff. The new stable , as good as they are, in my opinion, seem not to have the same knack of getting a horse at peak for its big race targets.
Maybe the Cape will give a new lease on life? who knows. Have been a fan of the horse so hope it works out for him.

Some years back de Broglio used Ferraris Snr until they had a bust up. De Broglio subsequently became the chairman of the RA and part of those duties was to congratulate and hand over the trophies at one big race meeting at the the Big T. Mr Ferraris had a big winner and was very ecstatic with his emotions by teasing de Broglio when he, de Broglio, handed the silverware. I thought it funny at the time.

From the Sporting Post: { I presume the answer relates to the same owner?!}.
Anyone has any idea why Baritone and Captain Swarovski are on the sale? This is not an owner who usually likes to sell!
The owner is selling almost all of his horses and mares with the balance of his horses being sold at a sale pencilled in for Cape Town around 1 August. Others will b sold at the 2 year old sale later this year. He had already sold all his horses he had racing in Port Elizabeth last month and some of his mares were auctioned at a recent sale.
