If it is Michael de B, that is a shock. He has had a huge amount of success. He is also involved in breeding.

A clansman posted that he now lives on the USA. Perhaps that is the reason rather than "sour"?

Also I think the Road Accident Fund has changed some rules so perhaps (I'm speculating) the revenue stream is not as strong as it used to be?

Mr H, it was time for a change of rules from the RAF, bearing in mind that law firms have been the biggest financial beneficiaries from the RAF. In many instances to the detriment of the actual victims and remembering that it is ultimately tax payers money.
Currently, insurance premiums are so high for Gynaecologists that most will not deliver children anymore..... once again the law firms have been the biggest financial beneficiaries...
