Here we have two money horses REDCARPET CAPTAIN just shading LONDON CALL, and the polytrack form clouding the issue a little. In any event the market is onto both of them, so we don't have tough choices to make. Pure Speed on the turf resides here with London Call as well --- Not often to have a moneyhorse doubling as a speedhorse, but as said before - we are asking a 7y horse to equal it's career peaks. There is too much uncertainty hhere given the polytrack form. Ordinarily London Call should have too much speed for this field with Sea fever about the only one to get close. But there is some darkness there is the missing form data for REDCARPET CAPTAIN --tO bbeat London Call he is being asked to record one of the fastest times we have seen in a few seasons, so should be quite a difficult task if London Call races nnear his peak.

Poetry in motion from the old fella
Red Carpet captain would have emerged from nowhere to record one of the top five times recorded over this trip in a few seasons if he was to beat London call...........so even the 4/10 might have been value

Only ran in the strongest sprint races in the country before meeting these handicappers, some things I'll never understand

I would say that's the second clear point for the speed horse undoing the money horses today, but the money horses also performed well.

Nice double TML.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Here is a very interesting race. the clear Money Horse by far is Lunar Rush. There are so many question marks about her in this race, that you can virtually pick up 10's on her. Now this is a clear cut case of the overlaid
money horse - and I would be surprised if she doesn't run at least into the money. - nothing suggests to me she can win here - but that is what makes this runner so appealing to me. She is full of class. There are two other very classy sorts here in effortless reward and Horse Chestnut royalty GEOGRAPHE BAY. That kind of bloodline showing early returns has to be given the utmost respect. They are truly going to be tested by stalwart ISCA. I would never back a race like this , unless for the value on lunar rush. rather I need this race to expose the Horse Chestnut yooungster and to see how good effortless reward is. My gut feeling is that the Horse Chestnut baby will wow us.

New generation couldn't keep up , ISCA was always the one to beat! - and so a number of form conundrums settled in one race

That's the thing about looking for Value? You don't win as often
but when yoou do, its very satisfying.
