The RA represents owners. If one of the problem you face is not getting a run for race ready horses they should present that to those that do the programming

In theory yes .... what do you think would be the reason for only a small percentage of owners being RA members ?

Remember all owners sign authorities to act with trainers
That means u sign off all decisions to the trainer so the RA won't get involved here...trainers decision is final
If trainer does not have shares then look at moving stables
I had horses with the kzn champion trainer in kzn (Deeno 's words) and had great success ...
Had my first winner at the the 3rd run and many more after that
You need honesty and tranperancey and face to face meetings with the trainer

Wow!!
Thanks for all the input, comments & suggestions.
Just to sumnarise, I have plenty of face to face meetings with my trainer and frequent visits to stable and tracks during work rides.
I hardly punt... If I do, it's 1 bet for the day (either single or double win or place bet) so not in for the info.
I bite on the bit and hope things work out. The "other" partners contact info is not disclosed by the trainer even if requested.
I've tried to sell and had some ridiculous offers so not going that route any longer
Will wait patiently for "MY DAY" to come...
The day I get my first winner I celebrate like never before... Will book a private box at Turffontein... All drinks on me
Who's coming for the party?? :silly:

"The "other" partners contact info is not disclosed by the trainer even if requested"
That is bullshit.
You have the right to know who you else has shares in the horse which is JOINTLY owned.

In fact as per the NHRA new price list, all name must be on syndicate, partnership etc
Any changes come with a cost
