eden rock my banker played up last run before the off and went down badly everything went wrong its tarrys day today ill banker eden rocke and in the dance big days for the big trainer al mutawakel with a big run last run behind soqrat choked up ran on 4th 4l off you dont think they planned to switch him out just to see if they can beat soqrat hence i make barahin the horse to beat there are so many horses that are here weighted to beat soqrat that barahin should be favorite imo no doubt cascepedia weighted to beat soqrat but not barahin i cant believe you can say this is a 2 horse race there are 2 fillies a bit under sufferance that are future champions divine oddesey not without hope comes down to luck on the day as mdk said barahin prefer the soft if the course is hard difficult to make up ground in a big field so becareful im on eden rock as the p6 banker

That last run 1.4L off Oscar Wilde over the 1400m...I rate Oscar Wilde as a Future Gr1 winner,so that was a good effort...

Good racing ...... thoughts:

R2: Creation the value, Mohican not sure abt the 1400 - Viper Jet first run after gelding - so Creation each-way for me

R3: Bellagio King deserving favorite - Imperial Ruby may upset

R4: Very open; Ulla has done most of her racing over 1000, but won over 1200 on the inside track - has as good a chance as any of the others; big value is Pool Party who has won 3 times (as well as 2nds) over this 1160; got to have the field to be sure to survive in the P6

R5: Very open; Van Halen first choice, but the value imo is Wynkelder - again not too many that can be safely ignored

R6: Astrix imo will make them run; beat Ikigai convincingly giving him weight; as with most of the others the 1600 is a bit of a question mark though; Cockney Pride also to give a lot of cheek

R7: The big one, and I still believe Divine Odyssey is very good value at 20s; obviously the de Kock army (bar Atyaab imo) has to be respected with Roy Had Enough and Tilbury Fort; most of the others too far out at the weights imo to get into it

R8: Vistula my fancy even before the 3 yr old got taken out; Ronnie's Candy very good run last time giving Summer Cup hopeful Queen Supreme 7.5 kgs and beaten just over 4 lengths - so a repeat of that run will make her competitive here imo

R9: Open - Tirzan the value imo

R10: ????

R11: Moggie Brown from Nymeria - the 4kg allowance makes her a big runner imo

R12: Open - Always Red from Jolly Josephine for me

....and the marquee's seem to be a lot closer to the track than previous times.....this could possibly "spook" a few un -blinkered sorts making runs on the inside rail....so I go wide in most races....
