Thats just the point. How many years have passed? It sometimes take time to build the case. We talking apples and oranges here Lionel, in the case of MJ, i take they still building a case, you don't want him to get off on a technicality. In the case of Trump, nobody has proven anything at all - it's just allegations, how can you compare the two - his own lawyers admit they not alleging fraud - so what is your point, you appear to know more than them from afar.

Where you are not being consistent in your logic, in both the criminal and civil cases against OJ Simpson, he was acquitted. Our personal opinions of whether he is guilty or not sadly doesn't matter.
Incorrect Bayern. He was found innocent in the criminal case, but guilty in the civil case. Our opinions might not change the outcome, but it does matter. Ask every sport fan, when the referee and VAR makes wrong decisions. He was found guilty in the civil matter, ordered to pay the family $32M, which he appealed and WON, and was acquitted

In the case of DJT, he and or his legal team haven't proven any voter fraud in a court of law, however you are prepared to agree with him, that there was, because he says it is so. Trump's allegations of fraud have been dismissed not by Democrats, but by every court, including the SC.
