Wow Magi, the results of all these losing cases in Courts are not coming from MSNBC/CNN/Bloomberg et al, these decisions are coming from the Courts, nobody is brainwashed, it is what it is. I need help with this winning bet I took 3 November - it's the 8th December and the bookies still won't pay me even-though my horse DOUBLE CHARGE clearly won the race by many lengths - I went to the stipes and the gambling board and they won't help me because they are corrupt and backed the second horse(who they made the winner by altering the photo using special Nigerian changing Ink) - I know there are some really clever people on ABC who can surely help me get the result I want and need and who can see the truth even when it's a lie - Thanks in advance -

Thank you for the query. Although I am not one the "clever people on ABC" (due to being in bred, haven't travelled the world, brainwashed etc), I will try to assist you with.

Firstly, you assertion that yours is a "winning bet" is not entirely correct. You see, the result is only posted after the jockeys have all weighed in, any objections dealt with etc. These documented rules (constitution) need to be followed. At the moment, the result is only provisional. Please note that it is not the commentators that call the winner, but the officials.

In this case, the officials have not yet declared the winner. The reason for this is COVID-19. As you are aware, due to this pandemic, some horses chose to run at home. So, while your horse seems to have won on the track, the times posted by some of the horses that ran at home appears to be better than your horse. In fact, some of those horses broke all sorts of records, even though they can barely walk. Its amazing I tell you! Can you believe that?

Furthermore, the people that were supposed to verify these races that were run at home are claiming to have been disenfranchised in a number of ways. We are still investigating this issue.

We understand that you are eager to cash in your bet. But as you were made aware, the race is run on the 3rd of November, but the winner is only certified in January.
