I used the following SA analogy to try to explain to some-one who the Democrats and Republicans are and then let them decide who they support...

Democrats - ANC - broad church, similar in thought, word, policy and deed, use government programs to re-route money to themselves via pre-determined conduits making "donations", etc...

Republicans - combination of ACDP, UDM, IFP (?), Freedom Front Plus and a portion of the DA...

No recount as per Democrat Secretary of State...this was expected...governor is also Democrat...

But Pennsylvania is going to US Supreme Court to rule on Democrat governor and Democrat controlled Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision to extend receipt of ballots to 3 days after election when state law, as passed by legislation, which has sole authority for deciding rules relating to elections, only allows ballots received by 8pm on election day to be counted...Justice Alito had requested that these be kept separate when, before election, there was a 4-4 ruling (Roberts sided with the Democrats and ACB didn't partake as not enough time to brief herself on the case)...

Only the electoral college determines the 270 votes required to become president so "president-elect" doesn't exist until then (mid December)...and in all 6 states that are disputed, the Republicans control the legislatures who determine who the electors to the electoral college will / should be...yes, the governors of the states have to sign off on the electors and, I think, 3 of the 6 disputed states have Democrat governors so more bickering to come...

@ TN, the only way Trump can be re-elected, is through the Courts. Most of the voter fraud allegations are being recanted by the individuals making the claims, because without evidence, it may be seen as perjury. Ever wondered why (say) Trump, any of his children, Giuliani, McEnany, are not the people responsible for lodging these frivolous law suites?, they get some poor unsuspecting minion to look silly.

The election wasn't stolen from him, he lost, that simple. The US is fast becoming the laughing stock of the world, and it's clear to see why.
