Interesting run from Do IT Again, finding traffic at back of the field, lol .Although second last finished off with a good stride. Another place bet for the July. So far looks like the Daily News 2000 formline might hold up for the July with more improvement to come from Without Question. If there is going to be an upset maybe Pomp and Power .

Again I think it depends on what the Handicapper does - he will never in his life (imo) again run to his current rating of 124 - which as it stands means he comes in with top weight 60 kgs; now if the Handicapper is lenient, he may get dropped a point or 2 - which still means (imo) that he has a lot to do on current form

I think Fourie will opt for Without Question - but I can't see that one finishing in front of See It Again

So many horses running so bad it's hard to believe, in all feature races so far tbh

Watched the replay on Winchester Mansion's win ,wow BIG runner July day .
My shortlist See it Again/Winchester Mansion/Pomp and Power/Without Question/.I don't see any of the JHB horses hitting the frame but if they do then BIG quartet payout .Winchester Mansion Wow!

Winchester Mansion is rated higher than Pacaya now although being beaten by the latter. Pacaya was only 20th on the last log. They set a precedent last year, that even if you win a "preferential race" it does not mean you automatically in.

Billy Bowlegs and Second Base last ran at the end of April 2023 with Nebraas one week later.

Jimmy Don had a flat run and his position will be in jeopardy.

Which horses will be eliminated from the last log if Pacaya and Winchester Mansion are to take their place?

Drakenstein already has runners and maybe Snaith will scratch Silver Darling in order for Pacaya to sneak in and in doing so Winchester Mansion owned by Drakenstein can get a run. Interesting times....

Great to see (almost) the whole field separated by about 8 pounds. Will be a proper handicap! The way SIA finishes off the 10f, you can't help but think there's a few pounds in hand over the July trip.
