Article 5 in essence is saying, if you attack any NATO member country in Europe, or the USA, we will collectively attack the aggressor.

Unfortunately at this moment in time, Ukraine is not a member of NATO hence the assistance and Sanctions. If Russia decides to attack (say) Poland, Lativa, etc, then NATO will respond militarily and engage Russia, and that will be the end of all of us.

Yip I knew that but depending where China stands. If they side with Russia then we are all doomed.

The western world is cutting Russia off completely Millions of peace abiding Russians are going to suffer. It appears that Putin will not stop. He has enough weapons to fight with for years and won’t bother if he has too.

All good CnC. I am all for sensible dialogue, although things did go off the wall a bit last year. I promised myself that that won't happen again lol. I come onto ABC to de-stress, and not to ramp up my stress :kiss:
