Was an easy catch as well, unbelievable that he just watched it go by especially considering that 1st slip was more live a second slip....

I just think we needed to bring on Botha as there is no lateral movement for the quickies, Smith needed to think out the box with these 2 batsmen at the wicket...

makes zero difference to me if we lose today as we will get through to the quarters and then its do or die

Opening with the spinner against England worked a treat. But Smith has no imagination. He took him off after 4 overs which ultimately cost SA the match. Question is why did he not try that option again today?

Everyone is entitled to opinion; mine is that it would have mande ZERO difference had Smith opened with a spinner; India is a totally different side than England; what WOULD have made a difference (easy in hindsight)

1. Have a top class international wicket keeper
2: Reviewed the first LBW (not the one just now by Peterson)
3; Postponed the bowling power play until we get a wicket

If any or both the scenarios in points one and two occured, we would not have to take option 3.

Now unless India fall in a hole I'm afraid we are going to need to beat Bangladesh in order to make it through
