Has Tellytrack been showing more canterpasts of late?

@Gregbucks:
Where do I get a copy of the collateral form lines.
Some of the factors I am looking at are:
* corruption (its extent & benefits)- how to set up the deals;
* family enrichment (bloodlines/pedigrees that enhance performance and bank balances are relevant);
* the loo factor (how much sh.t does the candidate carry?) whether in the open fields (WHERE THE BACKSIDE FREEZES!) or unenclosed toilet pits (IN WHICH ONE CAN ALSO HAVE A QUICK SHOWER!). Herein, we must consider which is less uncomfortable or more pleasurable;
* colour of the contestants does matter, very unlike the giggies; the darker they are, the more votes they attract. The whiter they are, the more colour they repel! AND, that's consistent performance.... no need for NHA intervention (the sods, pension them off!)
Shucks.... this is too much! Still other issues to consider before that X; delivery (more than 9 months!), tenders (that's easy!), tolls (I tolled you!), freedom songs (how and where to sing); designer outfits (I only support the stores with so much less customers, even if each spends R100 000 a time!); wrist watch (nothing below R50 000 stands a chance!); 18k gold chain around neck (must be at least R30 000)......
Gosh! Must I still dissect more from each party to come to a decision for my X?
And the field is larger than a Hong Kong horseracing syndicate and bigger than the FNB stadium!
Expecting to be over by 18 May 2011 circa 7.00pm.... then I cast my confident, soul-searched, divinely-inspired (I'll vote till who comes?), X as follows:
Total up...
1. The party with the highest number of votes
2. the party with the least number of votes
3. The party with the most white successful candidates
5. The party with the least number of successful black candidates
6. My voting Ward number.
Having totted all the above.... I will compile my 6 numbers and make my X........
on the Lotto!

Hey, it is great to hear some positive people in the racing game. I hope you all conyinue to make bombs. Why not start Punting Seminars and teach people who are prepared to pay you for the course how to do it?
I thought of doing that for owning,

Honestly , punting is all about discipline .
If you don't have patience and discipline then don't punt period .
My first bet was about 7yrs ago at Glen & Sepel in Bruma . Went for lunch and while watching the horses go down for the 1st race at the Vaal my punting buddy said have a bet , take a CHANCE . I knew absolutely nothing about racing besides the fact that my dad spent a considerable amount of time when I was young at the tote and racecourses . I looked at a horse , no 8 and loved the way it looked . Based on looks I told my friend to put a 100 bucks on it . He laughed and said you sure the horse is 100/1 and has absolute kak form . It has a very slim to no chance of even running in the first 4 . He laughed , I laughed and said never mind put it on , I like the way it looks. Well the horse won by a few lengths . I was the only winner in the tote and collected R10000.00 that day . And that was all it took for me to get hooked . I used to back only outsiders with a R50 here and R50 there . Maybe out of 10 bets I would get 2 or 3 right but then I started getting greedy and started taking bigger bets on favorites and started loosing 8 outta 10 bets but the value of my losses started growing considerably . Eventually started using credit cards and getting addicted big time .
Only when my marriage was about to go down the drain I realized what a fool I have been . Listening to tipsters and friends and jockeys and trainers almost destroyed me . I was a complete IDIOT of a punter . I took a break , almost a yr and started focusing on getting my marriage working again and finances in order. I really missed racing but had to go thru a break to really start appreciating life again cause it almost destroyed me and my family .
I got back into racing about 6 months ago and I am really enjoying it again because I have learnt how to be disciplined and work with a budget . I download the cards for the week and study hard and decide what amount I can afford to play at each meeting . I always look for value and so far so good . If a card is not inspiring I give that meeting a miss . I try hard not to punt on weekends at all but sometimes have small bets . Personally I skip the exotics as I hate supporting the tote and also hate the last leg knockout . Straight bets and multiple win and multiple place the way to go . I don't chase money . Even if I really fancy two horses I always cover with a place bet just to even break even . Breaking even on a meeting is good enough for me . I live to fight another day .
I have learnt that earth provides enough to satisfy every man's need, but not every man's greed .
If you don't have patience and discipline then don't punt period .

That is absolutely correct.
I forgot to mention the following:
In my case ,punting is my job. I work mornings in our retail business and my wife relieves me at around midday.
You have to be in front of the TV and computer during race times. You have to watch the horses going down and check where the value is. You can not do this if you have a full time job.
Yes, inside info does play a part but it should not interfere in your original "game plan of making a 200% profit daily.

Also for the new player there is a wealth of info out there online to help you on your way, some of my favourite sites are....
ABC (Where you are now) - The best horse racing forum in SA by many lenths imo. Great for a laugh and to keep up to date with matters. You'll also meet many interesting characters here and you'll be in touch with some top punters, trainers and owners. We are all so thankfull to them for their contributions to this awesome site. You'll also learn some interesting horse racing terms here, my personal favourite..."shit in," don't we love it when our selections "shit in." I wonder if you'll find that term in the Oxford dictionary.
Formgrids A brilliant site for form study, and it's free unlike the Computaform. Get used to using this site, it makes studying form a breeze.
Tabgold At about 9am each morning they show the running conditions and card changes. They also show bookie prices with price moves. They also have past results and some other stuff.
The Tote The tote, I don't bet with them anymore but use this site to price watch.
Sporting Post A great source for articles and to download race cards. I particularly like their ability rating (AR) they give each horse, I find it to be more accurate than actual merit ratings imo.
There are many others, perhaps some of you can post the links to your favourites...

@UD
Best bets vs the guidelines as given by those who seems to do their homework. . .
Why are the results as bad as I seems to read.
Does the cut off time affects them or do they see it as a by the way issue?
Also copy cats as if someone wager 100 on a win the next does 50 on a place.
Now thats my scenario.
I am takin my decisions from what I cud get from them.
Lastly ClanGents/Ladies , do they punt outside of the forum and only post whats minor to them.
Wish to share the good.

@frank1949
my selection for today (I don't play/seldom do play wc) I have a small e/w bet, more places.
For safety, I have placed it on my site selection- race 4 no. 13
Helps?
Let's see after 4th race!

Gents -
I think we forgot to mention one important tip/advice.
DON'T PAY FOR TIPS.
The Best Tipsters info only cost R18.00 per meeting. MATTHEW LIPS
Buy a Winning Form.
(Matthew - my charges for promoting Winning Form is a years subscription for KZN meetings) .
LOL
