A nice reply Candy... but I have never heard it sung at a ground
At the Joburg test back in 05 their was a fairly sizeable group of South Africans parked to the right of the Barmy Army, when they sang the National Anthem it was probably the best opposition "support" I have experienced in all my tests abroad. Unfortunately, a repeat at Supersport Park in 2009 was not so pleasant with a few idiots deliberately trying to antagonise. SA remains a much favoured touring place by the Barmy Army, though it was disappointing they dropped the PE test last time.
Good luck to your guys too... though I hope that luck is not sufficient to prevent a series loss
Let battle commence... (tu)

I took some of the 9/2 available on De Villiers to be the top SA batsman in this test. Some doubles onto him...so I am anticipating that Smith does his usual flash outside the offstump, caught behind or shuffle across in front of stumps and LBW.

I have never understood the anti-Smith feeling within SA's. World class player who has coped with too much being put on him at a young age admirably. And a test umpire once told me that of all the captain's he had come across, Smith would be near to, if not, top of the decent ones in terms of being a nice guy.

I don't get it DTF, it could really be something as basic as that. Cheers for BB last night, recovered losses on others plus a little
