The pitch is already showing signs of inconsistent bounce...gonna be tough on day 4 and 5.

I think that overnight Steyn has either got drunk or had a good think about his bowling performance and I hope that he comes out guns blazing this morning and takes a quick three wickets. If England get to lunch on around 370/4 then its curtains for us in this test. We have to grab 3 or 4 wickets this morning because as FC rightly says this pitch is going to turn big time come Sunday and having to possibly bat last Swann is going to have a great time get our batters out.

still plenty time left in this test.day1 was tough for our bowlers on a flat track.i still believe we hv the better team and we will bounce back on day 2.all we need is an early wicket and then the rest will fall quickly.i just hope our batsmen come to the party.

weather forecast is for a few light showers so play will be interrupted a couple of times today but not for too long.
