309......something to bowl at, but the wicket looks a bit easier now. Good fight-back by the Proteas after being 160/6

I will take 309 any day from the position we were in earlier. Well done proteas....i was a bit worried with that swinging new ball last night, but we bit the bullet and showed a lot of guts to get to 309......and now for England to be bowled out for 220

Okay, we got the first 3 within 20 overs .... now we need Taylor early before he builds confidence.

I reckon Smith should bring on Taahir from the one side and alternate his speedsters on the other. The ball still newish and the spinner will get some extra bounce....
