Titch, Blackjack is the best gambling game you can play in the casino with the odds approximately 51 / 49 in the favour of the house. Of course it helps if you understand the game.

The pick 6 pool for the Met in 2010 was 3.3M and 2011 it was 3.6M hardly a sign of a industry in decline??

@ Pirates

I think you right about Rule by the Sword, seemed to be part of Hurvitz string with F.Rickaby then taken over by Buller Benton.

I am open to correction but I recall that Jeff Lloyd was on Main Main, Basil Marcus was on Model Man and Garth Puller was on Bush Telegraph.

Amazing that this race is still rated amongst the most exciting ever witnessed on South African race tracks.

Back in the days...

Couldn't wait to go to the course: # Gosforth Park: parked on the grassfield in rows, then nearly sprinted to the gates, not to miss the first race. Didn't mind to pay entrance fee. Fought for a place next to the fence at the winning post. The sound of the oncoming hooves.....precious!! The many bookmakers and their colorfull umbrellas. Later years the owners and trainers lounge.. what a pleasure!!
# Newmarket (my favorate course) night racing the packed stands, and the taking Wednesday afternoons off.
# Turffontein: parking in someones driveway, paying them a fee... running along the horses on the pavement, on their way to the course.
Precious memories!!!

I'm sure Rule By The Sword was trained by Charles Faul.

Posted a request to J Goodman on another tread to show it on their show, he says they can not because GC either lost it or destroyed it!
how is that possible?

"Blondie, gold circle lost or destroyed all their old footage and we battle to get even old July 's"
