If you know all the facts then psot them. for me its a bit open ended at the moment.

If he was offered R500k and told the owners he was offered R300k then yes its theft BUT the buck still stops with them.

the winner ran a cracker, i tipped it on ATR and the forecast. I think that once it gets trained again to that distance it will be a very very very decent horse

fair enough....aside from this little issue i think that the horses will IMPROVE. i dont really rate the turfies oke as much as the vaal oke....had they gone to goosen then wowawiwa

Easy,what you saying in this instance is crap............in the case of a subjective market (like the value of a racehorses etc.) the value IS what a willing buyer is prepared to pay,so reducing that amount,when conveying the offer, is theft
