If you are brazen enough to take such a huge amount what about the small things like "pre-race vitamins" shoes etc etc I would hate to have to check everything on invoice

also glad to hear owner was refunded............. but what an ARSEHOLE TRAINER to pull such a move. when word gets around - & it will - he will battle to get good stock again.

Guys still like to know dis trainer, as I haven't been following racing and cannot figure whose dis trainer. It's good to publish his name cos other trainers will not treat owners like shits.

Ah yes Justin V, you are SO right. I have been waiting since 1pm for an ex-owner to come and deliver some cash and a post dated cheque.... Guess what, I am STILL waiting. He won't be coming... Just like the previous 10-15 times he's "promised" that he will bring the money. So this works both ways...

big difference between not paying a debt and trying to defraud someone though I understand that trainers should be paid like any other people that provide a service.

Why do trainers not get a deposit ( 1 months rent ) from a new owner ?
