blueridge mountain trained by?
12 years 4 months ago
just to get flash back lol
Blueridge has been in the care of joey ramsden since the end of november, according to robert bloomberg none of the alexanders or their assistants have been down since to prepare the horse for the cape season and the alexanders should not be named as the trainer and that this is a matter for the nha.
Im not familiar with the rules regarding this sort of arrangement,so the question is are any rules being breached by naming the alexanders as the trainer?

Obviously the horse is registered with Gary Alexander.
For a long time horses at PE were Steenkamp/Sham,presumably because Barry had the licence.
For practical purposes what is wrong with Alexander/Ramsden,at leats it explains the training arrangement.
For sure the horse is going to go back to Joburg.

I think bloomberg was alluding to the fact that the alexanders have not had a winner in the cape in the last 15 years so punters can be put off if they under the impression that the alexanders are conditioning the horse for the cape season

I have to agree with Robert. I completly brassed BRM, had I known a trainer like Ramsden was in command I would of had a second look.

I seem to remember a lot of banter about how bad the Ramsden stable was doing just a few days ago so cant see how this detracted from the horses appeal??

So if one of ramsdens owners sends his horse to the restricted region of kzn to be trained by a kzn based trainer will ramsden still be listed as the trainer?
