When he went to fetch his gun from under the bed, could he not see that she wasn't there? Or at least feel to see if she is in bed or wake her up or something.....seen that there was an "intruder" in the house???????

I hear a great deal about people being charged for murder in SA for firing at a fleeing burglar... if you use the defence that Oscar is using then he did just that so that defense also fails. You cannot just start shooting blindly for any noise you hear can you?

he is as guilty as sin and only he knows why he killed his girlfriend.as far as im concerned he should face the punishment that suits the crime and no fancy lawyers and riduculous defense strategy is going to save him from prosecution.he knows wat he did and he must now face the consequences of his actions on that fateful night wen he took the life of his girlfriend.believe me he knows why he killed her and he has to live with that for the rest of his life.

win lose or draw he is fcuked for life in fact he is safer inside a jail than being outside one ...

Apparently an unlicensed firearm was found in one of his safes.... That alone speaks volumes about the type of person we are dealing with here.

This case for me highlights the need for the "gagging" of newspapers from writing/disclosing what public figures/role models to be lifted.

This guy did not become a lunatic on the 14th feb. The public have a right to know all the secrets these often gifted but always well paid celebrities keep hidden.
