to be guilty you must commit the crime. shooting some one does not necesary mean it was the criminal act. oscar has admit he shoot her. the question is was it a huge mistake or was it murder.....

having the opinion on what will win a race or who is a great jockey is very different to pre judge some one for murder. their is nothing wrong with opinion but to read these gods who judge with nothing but here say and what they read make me nauseous. hope you never find your self in his position boys.

Flash, the law in SA deems shooting someone when your life is not in imminent danger a crime........ of that he is guilty. The case will revolve around wether or not it was pre-meditated....
