K G Naidoo Gauteng stables

Morning

Did I hear correct, the Owners of Gothic pleaded for assistance for Kom not to be evicted from his Gauteng stables as he got notice to evacuate. Does anyone have the TRUE story behind this or is it just Provincialism again.

Yes you did hear correct - I heard the same thing and watched the replays just night just to make sure and a bit shocked!!

Any updates on this issue - anyone?

Kom told me Patrick Davies had told him to vacate the stables as he has no lease and P need the stables .tDouble Standards?(td)

I hear it`s because he Sub let from another trainer and thats not allowed in the trainers lease,seemingly he was given plenty of notice..

Why was he sub letting ? Why did he not have his own stables ? And why cant trainers sub let if they have too little
horses ? Surely if U are a trainer then there should be stables available. ?????

but i heard that there are waiting lists ,and if you sub let that also means 2 or more trainers sharing yards with is also against the rules.
whats gonna happen to all his horses ???

The contract trainers have specifily say no sub letting jockey club rules also prohibet trainers stabling horses in the same yard

not allowed,criag eudey also mentioned in one of his spin doctor posts,that kom was in the gp boxes illegally
