i know the feeling, but didn't you won a case against them recently?
what do you think of the following situation?
the current chairman of the NHA, Mr JM Witts-Hewinson (Jonathan) is part (owner) of the law company Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr Inc, which they use to prosecute persons for their transgressions, surely that constitutes conflict of interest or am I mistaken.

Dear Bob
I refer to your email concerning the above matter which was addressed to Mr de Kock and has been forwarded to me for my attention.
A notice has been sent to all trainers informing them that should a horse participates in such a race in future it may be suspended and the trainer fined.
I do appreciate you having brought this matter to my attention.
Regards
David McGillivray
Racing Control Executive.

It's because they are not allowed to read ABC that they don't know what's going on.......
ALSO
Andrew Bonn scooped earlier that couplings won't apply "{from sometime in Sept"...........he passed it on cos he was talking to Vee Moodly yesterday..........wow no wonder they fly his expertise to PE !!
