I think Horse Chestnut won its first start and ran 3rd in his second start. I could be wrong.

Great memories won the Derby and Arc

He won his first start by 5l. I had a share in a horse with Alec Laird called Ocean Trade. We had run a place on debut and I had a full go on him the day he took on Horse Chestnut on debut B)

Horse Chestnut got beat his 2nd start under lights in a 2 year old feature at Newmarket.

Brutal Force winning the John Skeaping Trophy in 1999. Not the most flattering of photos - not too sure why his mouth is open!

Thanks for that memory.
I hope they bring this meeting back

If the horse can run it will win, if it canie it winae

Great to see it out so early in the season, they either have big plans(end of the year feature season then oversees) or they think it`s nae good
