Stop dreaming

If anybody thinks that the South African rugby and cricket teams are going to be serious challangers in their respective world cups next year, my advice to you is to wake up and go for a run. Although the Boks won against Italy watching it was like pulling teeth and as for the cricket side, well they only have 4 players worth their salt and yet the management in their fine wisdom decided to leave one of them out of the team in Melbourne. How can you leave out a bowler who had the Aussie batters running for cover in the previous match where he took 5 wickets.

Although the Boks beat England last week its no great shakes as England are shit.

We all know form leading up to world cups mean nothing the SA rugby side will go very close as the pressure of world cup is no problem for us
The SA cricket will reach semi final and choke again, what else is new

CnC I have to agree with you about our cricket side. Take AB out the side and we are very kak. We persist with players that have proven how kak they are over the years at international level. We need new blood !
The rugger on the other hand, this tour is a "nothing" but money making event. Our players are physically and mentally buggered after a full year of hard Southern hemisphere rugger. Yesterday was no different we just did enough to win without to many injuries and effort against a "nothing side". Where we have to step up to the plate is our reading of these useless refs and their interpretation of their rules. Three blind mice and their one-eyed boss. I foresee the World Cup to be marred by these kak refs and their whistle's.
But we live in hope and will be supporting our boys.

hopefully both teams can get lucky draws in the world cup and evade playing certain teams just like the boks in the w.cup 2007 evading oz new Zealand and france and playing all the poor teams to win it...if a world cup for blaming refs was held south Africa would go through undefeated

We should play NZ in the semi's if it goes to form! Ludicrous that they are seeded like that.

Craig as I have said if its not the refs its the seedings. They will do anything to give themselves an advantage. Cowboys dont cry we just get shafted !

It would be great to win the world cup but laugh at me but I think that the Aussies will win both world cups. The Aussie rugby team have won both of their world cups in the uk and the cricket team will have everything in their favour plus they have Johnson and no team will live with them come world cup time

How pathetic is this SA bowling attack. The Aussies are making them look like park players

as I said, a pathetic bowling attack. Bowls the Aussie out yet he is about 6 inches over the line for a no ball. Now where does this Abbott play his cricket? Durban, oh wow what a surprise

they are so crap that they don't even appeal for a clear catch behind. This team are going nowhere.

Watched the 4th and 5th one day matches and we were shocking-the skill is there but discipline and BMT missing!
Time for a strong "no shit" manager and that should help a lot!
