Hear there has been positives....

We get called mad punters for talking about stuff like this but imo its far more important to the punter than all the other shit..

Very much doubt it will come out , just thought i`d make a few people nervous with this post...

the yards that have been fined for call it what you want have just grown bigger and stronger so it doesn't seem to have any effect on owners out there..on the subject of banned substances I have been following closely the case of trainer sam Kavanagh in oz where the people in charge don't bow to the operators and have extremely harsh punishments for offenders

The only way to prevent these RUMOURS (I have heard many also) is for the NHRA to act quickly. Test results need to be finalized quickly and they should produce a monthly report on the amount of first test positives they have received. We all know there are people that break the rules in every aspect of life so a proactive approach is needed so that the punter feels that the game is being policed properly. If you continue to drag heels and in some cases take years to come to a finding then the punter believes that Justice is not blind and that certain people get preferential treatment. Open cards and strong action when necessary.

Len my name is there for all to see. I got told this at least a month ago and the source is a trainer who was told what I post. I will most definitely not name him as we all know that there will be repercussions. I say again, I was told. If I was told wrong then so be it I am repeating what everyone is talking about. Bob has been told privately before who my source is, and if you check up on my posts, I believe that I am far more accurate than what some would like me to be.

I agree with what Mr Hawaii is saying, the Jockey Club have themselves to blame for allowing the situation to get out of control.

Where can someone find a list of those who have been investigated and the subsequent verdict/punishments? Or does one just have to trawl through all the individual daily stipes reports?

Nothing against OTA, or anyone else, and I am all for naming and shaming as the whole industry seems to have something of a (very bad for public relations and preventing conjecture/speculation imo) cloak of secrecy enveloping it but, hearsay is one thing, fact is potentially completely different. Surely there is an easy reference point that lists by trainer/jockey all the things they have historically been "accused of" or "investigated for" and the outcomes. And if there isn't, why isn't there?

Clearly a number of trainers have simply misunderstood what is meant by 'Racing - It's A Rush' and simply gotten busy with the needle and the spoon. Lol.

OTA racing is very competitive and especially within the trainer ranks ... source or not still to name and shame is not on as careers can be destoyed in a blink .. maybe your source next time will be on the receiving end of hearsay .. Englander and MR H i agree that the delays in finalising matters and identifying culprits needs to receive urgent attention by the Bodies responsible.
